Dubai-based The First Group has announced the completion of The First Collection Waterfront, its new waterfront hotel set to open in Q4 2023, expanding their portfolio.
With two established hotels under The First Collection brand, The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle and The First Collection Business Bay, the brand already attracts approximately 850,000 guests annually from diverse countries. In 2022, these hotels gained global recognition on Trip Advisor’s list of the world’s finest hotels.
The First Collection Waterfront
Situated in Business Bay, The First Collection Waterfront will offer 327 rooms and suites with a rooftop pool boasting panoramic views of Dubai’s iconic landmarks. It will feature a spa, state-of-the-art gym, and diverse dining options, including Risen Cafe & Artisanal Bakery.
