Tetr College of Business has launched a new one-year Graduate Programme in Entrepreneurial Leadership (GPEL), taking students through Shanghai, London and Dubai as they develop a business from idea to scale.

The programme is designed to combine academic study with hands-on venture building. Students will work across three major business and innovation hubs while learning about management, artificial intelligence, technology and entrepreneurship.

Three-city programme

The programme begins in Shanghai, where students will focus on AI-led venture building, product development and supply chain operations. It then moves to London, where they will work on areas including branding, finance and market strategy before completing the programme in Dubai.

In Dubai, students will prepare their ventures for investment and expansion into international markets.

The academic programme is supported by partnerships with Fudan School of Management in Shanghai and Imperial College London. Students will receive a credential co-signed by the two institutions.

Fudan University brings expertise in business, technology and research, while Imperial College London contributes its focus on science, technology and innovation.

Hands-on learning

Alongside venture building, students will take part in industry immersions, applied projects and cultural experiences in each city.

The programme also includes a Founder Reboot track focused on resilience, decision-making and personal development. Its Perspective Projects will have students work with local industries and communities on real-world business challenges.

Tarun Gangwar, Co-founder, Tetr College of Business said, “The world does not need more people who understand entrepreneurship in theory; it needs more people who can build, adapt and execute in rapidly changing environments. GPEL is our response to that need. The ability to navigate uncertainty, respond to changing market realities and build across different contexts is increasingly what defines successful founders and these are the capabilities we hope to develop through this program.”

Existing ventures

The programme builds on Tetr College’s existing venture-building model. Its undergraduate students have developed startups including Fluma, an AI-powered influencer marketing platform; BluSpru, an AI optimisation SaaS solution; ServeClub, a pickleball equipment brand; Meridian, a consumer hardware startup; Jhatak, an Indonesian healthy snacks venture; and Nothing But, a clean-label food company.

According to Tetr College, ventures built by its students have generated more than $1 million in revenue and raised over $500,000 in funding from global venture capital firms and founders.

Students have also presented their startups to executives and founders from organisations including Reebok, The Network School and Emirates, as well as at Y Combinator Startup School.

Applications open

Tetr College said students also receive mentorship from academics and industry leaders and can take part in internships, live projects, founder interactions and business immersions through collaborations with companies and organisations including Emaar, Emirates, Tesla, Alibaba and Google.

The first GPEL cohort is scheduled to begin in March 2027. Applications are currently open.
