The island is now open for weddings, brand launches, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. With only nine beachfront residences on the island — each over 21,000 square feet — the venue combines Scandinavian architecture with Middle Eastern touches.

Each palace features seven bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, a private infinity pool, and interiors by Bentley Home. The venue is designed to host up to 300 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.

High-end services offered

Guests can arrive by private yacht or chartered boat. On-site amenities include Michelin-level catering, a full-service spa with a snow room, and personalized event planning.

The development incorporates eco-conscious design while offering high-end comfort and services. It has already gained interest from celebrities and high-profile clients.

Sneden Lobo, Director of Events, said: “We have created something incredibly rare with Sweden Beach Palace. It’s luxurious, yes, but it’s also deeply personal. It’s for people who want to celebrate life’s big moments in a setting that feels entirely their own.”

The venue is accepting bookings for 2025, providing what organizers describe as a rare opportunity to host events in a highly distinctive and private location.
