Knight Frank MENA has been appointed to lead the sales of the latest phase of SHA Residences Emirates Island, the first private island globally dedicated to wellness and longevity-focused living.

The first residences are expected to be ready in 2027, with prices starting from Dhs 9 million and reaching up to Dhs 130 million.

SHA Residences Emirates Island

Developed by IMKAN Properties, the project is located on Al Jurf Island, positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi along the Sahel Al Emarat coast, often referred to as the “Riviera of the Emirates.”

SHA Residences Emirates Island will feature a mix of 1- to 4-bedroom sustainable apartments, 19 Garden Villas, and 67 Beach and Shoreline Villas. Each residence is designed to promote healthy living through features such as natural materials, advanced indoor air purification systems, and lighting that supports natural sleep cycles.

Garden Villas will be surrounded by greenery and include large terraces and pools, while Shoreline Villas offer direct access to the sea with private jetties and up to six bedrooms.

Access to SHA services

Residents will have direct access to SHA’s medical and wellness facilities, including treatments provided by top health professionals and nutrition experts. Key amenities include a Movement Pavilion, Hydrotherapy Circuit, Healthy Nutrition Pavilion, and Mind & Body Pavilion.

“After transforming more than 70,000 lives through our longevity clinics, we’re proud to bring SHA’s philosophy into private residences for the first time, at the heart of the world’s first island state dedicated to healthy living,” said Alfredo Bataller, CEO of SHA & AB Living Group.

The development is connected by land, air and sea, with two marinas and proximity to Zayed International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport, and Dubai International Airport. A new high-speed Etihad Rail link is also expected to enhance connectivity between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

“This is a once-in-a-generation project, where every aspect from inspirational concept to exceptional delivery is meticulously considered, offering a unique opportunity to invest in your personal growth and longevity while adding life to your years,” said Michal Hansen, Partner & Head of Exclusive Project Sales at Knight Frank MENA.

Health and longevity focus

SHA is known for combining modern medicine with natural therapies. Since 2008, it has operated award-winning wellness centers in Spain and Mexico. The Emirates Island project marks its first expansion into private residential offerings.

“SHA Residences Emirates Island marks a major milestone in our vision to position Al Jurf as a global hub for wellness and longevity,” said Suwaidan AlDhaheri, CEO of IMKAN Properties.

“We are bringing to life a one-of-a-kind concept that blends science-based wellness with refined living.”
