Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a Dhs340 million contract to Al Sahel Contracting for the construction of Riwa apartments at Madinat Jumeirah Living, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2027.

The development will feature three 10-storey buildings comprising 244 apartments, including one- to three-bedroom units and a four-bedroom penthouse.
The project continues the partnership between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting, which is currently completing the fifth phase of Madinat Jumeirah Living after delivering four previous phases.
Design and features
Riwa will showcase contemporary architecture with facades that reflect the community’s modern-heritage style. Apartments are designed with spacious, light-filled interiors, elevated finishes, and layouts aimed at sophisticated urban living.
Residents will have access to landscaped courtyards, parklands, fitness centres, swimming pools, children’s play areas, and pedestrian pathways that connect to the wider community.
Location and connectivity
Located in Jumeirah, the development is minutes from Jumeirah Beach and landmarks such as Burj Al Arab. Key roads including Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl, Jumeirah Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road provide easy access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, and other business hubs.
