RAK Properties has introduced ENTA MINA, a new residential development on Hayat Island aimed at attracting younger homebuyers and supporting flexible, design-led living.
Developed in collaboration with HIVE and A.R.M Holding, ENTA MINA features 119 apartments and a range of shared amenities, including a resident café, library, co-working spaces, sauna, plunge pools, and outdoor gathering areas. The project marks a shift toward lifestyle-oriented residential offerings in Ras Al Khaimah.
Targeting younger buyers
The new concept targets residents aged 25 to 35, aiming to provide a space where living, working, and socializing can coexist. The project is part of a broader move to support the emirate’s growing community of entrepreneurs and remote professionals.
“ENTA brings an entirely new demographic to Mina, and immediately changes the conversation around co-living spaces,” said Sameh Muhtadi, Chief Executive Officer of RAK Properties. “This is a segment typically within the rental market, but with ENTA MINA, you can buy into that lifestyle – it’s exciting to be at the vanguard of a new movement.”
He added: “ENTA MINA will bring a younger demographic to live, work and play in Ras Al Khaimah. Targeted tenants are aged 25-35 years old and they will even have the flexibility to work from the beach if they so wish. The multiplier effect of this is clear – it gives a space where ideas can turn into enterprises, which in turn helps to grow the wider economy.”
Meeting market demand
Bass Ackermann, Founder of HIVE, said the project reflects growing demand for homes that combine design and community values.
“ENTA was born from watching HIVE tenants grow into homeowners – people who still wanted the feeling of what we created, but in a place they could truly call their own,” he said.
“It addresses a market need for ready-made but authentic community. ENTA aims to speak to a new kind of homeowner – someone who values design, function, and feeling in equal measure.”
Continued growth for developer
The launch of ENTA MINA follows the recent start of sales for RAK Properties’ Anantara Mina Residences, a waterfront community of 103 luxury units. The developer also reported strong financial performance in Q1 2025, with year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit.
