The real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs8.3 billion in total during the week ending on December 1, 2023. The sum of transactions was 1,802. 422 plots were sold for Dhs2.94 billion, 1,380 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs3.23 billion.

Top three real estate transactions

The top three transactions were a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for Dhs125 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs73.5 million in Al Barsha South Fourth, and a land sold for Dhs70 million in Palm Jumeirah in third place.

Apartment and villas sale

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for Dhs275 million in Al Qusais Industrial Second, an apartment was second in the list sold for Dhs60 million in Island 2, and thirdly it was a sold for Dhs59 million in Um Suqaim First.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs1.39 billion, with the highest being a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for Dhs149.75 million. 156 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs738 million.
