Permasteelisa Gartner Middle East has been appointed by London Gate to design, manufacture, and install the façade for the upcoming Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower in Dubai, which is set to become the world’s tallest branded residential tower.
Façade project confirmed
The contract includes the delivery of 60,000 sqm of bespoke unitised façade for the 450-metre-high building.
The project was awarded to Permasteelisa following a direct request by London Gate, naming the company as its preferred façade contractor.
Design work is already underway, and project completion is expected by July 2027.
Tower design and features
Inspired by the design of the Franck Muller Aeternitas Mega watch, the tower will include 649 residential units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex villas and mansions. It will also feature a high-rise clock, expected to be the tallest of its kind.
Located in Dubai Marina, the development offers views of Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Ain Dubai. Amenities will include a gym, padel court, spa, swimming pool, cinema, music room, and library. Residents will also have access to hotel-style services such as housekeeping, concierge, valet, and porter assistance.
