Nakheel has announced the final phase of Bay Grove Residences on Dubai Islands, following strong demand and the sell-out of earlier phases.
The new launch adds 257 waterfront apartments and a unique penthouse to the growing premium residential offering on Island B.
New units released
The last phase of the project includes one- to four-bedroom apartments, along with a single penthouse—the only one in the Bay Grove collection. The residences are spread across four mid-rise buildings designed in a modern architectural style.
The penthouse features nearly 360-degree views, double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large terrace. Additional features include custom joinery, a walk-in closet in the primary suite, and an open-plan layout.
Waterfront lifestyle features
Residents will have direct access to Crystal Beach and proximity to Marina Beach. Amenities include an infinity lap pool, family pool, clubhouse, gym, yoga space, kids’ club, pet wash area, and swimmable beach. The development also offers a boardwalk, jogging and cycling tracks, and a community park.

Bay Grove Residences is part of Dubai Islands, a master-planned waterfront area aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. It is also located near Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, and key marine transport hubs.
