Former Italian football star Francesco Totti continues to play a key role in shaping the image of Manta Bay, a luxury waterfront development in Ras Al Khaimah by Major Developers.

Signature homes launched
The collaboration began with the Totti Signature Collection, a set of 10 ultra-luxury residences created with the football icon’s input. These homes feature wellness gardens, private cinemas, outdoor Jacuzzis, and curated memorabilia. Buyers also receive an exclusive key handover and private dinner with Totti himself.

Other notable football legends, including Marco van Basten and Frank Rijkaard, have also purchased homes at the development, further strengthening its international reputation.

Major Developers says the collaboration with Totti aligns with its strategy to offer lifestyle-led real estate anchored in long-term value.
