Majid Al Futtaim has announced plans to open Ghaf Woods Mall, a new shopping and leisure destination in Dubai that will combine retail with a unique forest-integrated design.

Ghaf Woods Mall will be the group’s flagship retail project in Dubai and the first in the region to fully integrate a natural forest environment with shopping and entertainment spaces.
It is part of the larger Dhs 15.4 billion Ghaf Woods residential community. The mall aims to offer a premium experience blending retail, dining, and leisure within a biophilic setting.

Situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), the mall will host a curated mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle options. It aims to attract flagship and anchor tenants, offering residents and visitors a vibrant hub that combines convenience with connection in a growing community.
Ghaf Woods Mall will be the 30th mall in Majid Al Futtaim’s portfolio and the 19th in the UAE. It represents a new phase in retail, designed to adapt to evolving consumer lifestyles while emphasizing sustainability and integration with nature.
