The Luxe Developers has confirmed that all units at its flagship twin-tower project Oceano, located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, have sold out.
The company attributes the strong response to growing interest in high-end real estate within the emirate.
Record-breaking property sale
The announcement comes after the sale of two ultra-luxury Sky Villa residences — The Celest and The Stellar — for a combined total of Dhs180 million.
These units are now the most expensive properties ever sold in Ras Al Khaimah. Together, they span over 43,000 square feet.
High-end design focus
Designed by Dewan Architects + Engineers with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates, Oceano features a unique rotating floor layout that gives each unit panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
Privacy is a key element in the design, with each residence and terrace fully secluded.

The development offers a private beach, cigar lounge, business lounge, retail level, and family-focused features including a children’s play area and pool. Construction is progressing, with enabling works completed and the main structure now under way. China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East is leading the build.
