LEOS Developments has announced the launch of Weybridge Gardens 4, a new 15-storey residential project in the heart of Dubailand, offering a mix of 294 luxury apartments.

The development includes a range of units, from studios to four-bedroom sky villas, each with private pools and designed to provide a high standard of living.

The project, with a total development value of Dhs475 million, promises a combination of sophisticated design and world-class amenities. The design features Tuscan-inspired elements, including a sky beach and cascading jacuzzis, with nature-inspired architecture to create an inviting and luxurious environment.

Exclusive four-bedroom sky villas

Among the highlights of Weybridge Gardens 4 are 30 exclusive four-bedroom sky villas. These spacious homes include private pools, spa-like bathrooms, and bespoke interiors. With expansive layouts and an emphasis on natural light, the villas offer sweeping views of the Dubai skyline.

The building’s design draws inspiration from natural, organic forms, with a petal-like façade illuminated by integrated lighting. The structure incorporates columnar elements and curved balconies, which are intended to symbolize growth and vitality, while greenery adds a touch of nature to the overall aesthetic.

High-end amenities

Residents of Weybridge Gardens 4 will have access to several high-end amenities, including the LEOS Boxing Academy and the LEOS Dance Studio. The rooftop, named “Rebirth,” will offer wellness features such as an infinity pool, cascading jacuzzis, an outdoor cinema, and a zen garden-style yoga deck. A Baja shelf with in-water sunbeds, along with a pizzeria and BBQ area, adds to the relaxed atmosphere of the space.

The development is located in Dubailand, a thriving area known for its mix of residential communities, entertainment options, and green spaces.

The region has also seen significant growth, with a 38% increase in price per square foot in the second half of 2024, according to data from DXB Interacts1. Dubailand’s strategic location offers easy access to major highways, including E311 and E611, as well as proximity to popular destinations like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and both Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum (DWC) airports. The addition of a new metro line further enhances connectivity to key locations across the city.

The interior design of Weybridge Gardens 4 has been curated by LUD Studios, a British design consultancy known for its refined craftsmanship. The development aims to offer modern, high-quality living spaces that combine sophistication with comfort.
