Tennis devotees looking for somewhere to mark the excitement of the upcoming Roland Garros – aka The French Open – in style this month should head to Dubai’s renowned Le Café at Fouquet.
From May 28 to June 11 there will be something extra special served up on the menu for the duration of the competition – the Roland Garros dessert.
This spectacular tennis ball shaped creation is filled with zesty lemon cream, lemon marshmallow, lemon confit, with Sable Breton crunchy biscuit, on a sweet dough base (Dhs140 per dish).
