The UAE authorities have announced that Eid Al Fitr prayers will take place at approved mosques or Eid Musalla across the country.

The first day of Eid Al Fitr is expected to be on Sunday or Monday, depending on the moon sighting.

Authorities are preparing to celebrate Eid in the safest and most enjoyable way, ensuring a smooth, incident-free event.

The Islamic authority in the UAE has released the Eid Al Fitr prayer timings for all seven emirates.

Eid Prayer Timings in Dubai and other emirates of UAE

  • Abu Dhabi: 6:22 AM

  • Al Ain: 6:23 AM

  • Dubai: 6:20 AM

  • Sharjah: 6:19 AM

  • Ajman: 6:19 AM

  • Umm Al Quwain: 6:18 AM

  • Ras Al Khaimah: 6:17 AM

  • Fujairah: 6:15 AM

To prevent overcrowding, authorities and volunteers will manage the flow of people entering and exiting prayer locations.

The Shawwal Moon-sighting Committee, formed under the UAE Council for Fatwa, will convene on Saturday evening to receive reports and testimonies regarding the sighting of the Shawwal crescent for the year 1446 AH.
