As Dubai’s property market crosses Dhs 2.8 trillion in annual transactions, Dugasta Properties is preparing to host one of the city’s most high-profile industry gatherings. The event, titled 10finity, will be held on October 10, 2025, at the Coca-Cola Arena, with Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood as the chief guest.
The date 10.10 reflects Dugasta’s flagship “10 on 10” concept — a model offering investors a 10 percent net guaranteed return for 10 years, with zero service charges. The company says the structure is designed to offer long-term financial stability and attract new investor interest in Dubai’s expanding real estate landscape.
Focus on investor returns
Dugasta’s guaranteed income model comes at a time when investor appetite for secure real estate income is growing. With Dubai rental yields averaging 6–8 percent and capital appreciation hitting 15 percent annually, the company’s offering aims to stand out by removing uncertainty and management costs from the equation.

The event comes as Dubai records over Dhs 2.8 trillion in real estate transactions in the past 12 months — a 35 percent jump from the previous year, according to the Dubai Land Department. Experts expect over 100,000 new residents to move to the city annually until 2030, supporting sustained demand for residential and commercial properties.
