Set to rise over 500 meters into the sky, a new landmark development on Sheikh Zayed Road will soon become one of the tallest towers in Dubai.
This striking structure, a collaboration between Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties, promises to redefine the city’s skyline and offer a new level of luxury living and hospitality.
Recently, Azizi Developments announced the prices for apartments in Burj Azizi, the world’s second-tallest tower, following a grand unveiling event.
Two-tower design
The development, featuring a two-tower design, will stand among the world’s tallest buildings, bringing with it an unmatched combination of refined design, opulent interiors, exceptional amenities, and personalized service. It marks the debut of Corinthia’s Mediterranean-inspired hospitality in Dubai, introducing a unique blend of sophistication and innovation to the city’s luxury real estate market.
Location: Near Museum of the Future
The new towers will be located near the iconic Museum of the Future, within Dubai’s rapidly redeveloping Sheikh Zayed Road area. The structures will feature contemporary architecture, with a dramatic cantilevered sky lobby extending over 200 meters above the ground. Visible from both the north and south elevations, this unique design will transform Dubai’s skyline and set new standards for both luxury living and hospitality.

Once completed, the development will house Corinthia’s five-star hotel alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments, each offering breathtaking views and elegant interiors.
The towers will also feature a world-class wellness center, cutting-edge fitness facilities, multiple rooftop pools, and a private members’ club, making this new project a haven for luxury living in Dubai.
