Emirates Properties Group has announced the launch of Azha Millennium Residences, a new branded residential development in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai.
The project was unveiled under the patronage of Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman’s Municipality and Planning Department.
Mixed-use tower project
Estimated at Dhs350 million, the 30-storey development will feature 196 apartments and curated retail spaces, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. The residences will be operated under the Millennium Hotels & Resorts brand and offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said, “Azha Millennium Residences is a unique addition to Dubai’s striking portfolio of branded homes. The project is an embodiment of aesthetics, sophistication, and convenience, further enhancing Dubai’s appeal as an ideal residential destination for luxury lovers.”
Branded residences demand
Dubai’s branded residential market has seen significant growth, with over 13,000 transactions recorded in 2024—a 43% increase from the previous year, according to Global Branded Residences (GBR). The emirate currently holds 43,000 branded homes and plans to more than double this number within five years.
Mohammed R. Hegazi, Managing Director of Emirates Properties Group, said, “Azha’s launch takes place at a time when Dubai is receiving a large number of super-wealthy settlers. Each residence is masterfully crafted to embody luxury living at its core. Millennium Hotels and Resorts adds pivotal value to homes, promising an unmatched experience with its signature hospitality services.”
Facilities and pricing
Studios at Azha Millennium Residences start from Dhs629,000 and range from 375 square feet. One-bedroom units reach up to 979 square feet, while two-bedrooms extend to 1,746 square feet. Buyers can benefit from a flexible payment plan with a 10% down payment, 30% during construction, 10% at handover, and 50% payable over three years post-handover.
The development includes a range of amenities such as rooftop and ground-level pools, a health club, cinema, café lounge, concierge services, and wellness facilities. Over 300 parking spaces are planned across four podium levels.
Strategic location
Located near major Dubai landmarks including Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Autodrome, and Palm Jumeirah, the project aligns with the city’s wider vision to increase real estate market value to Dhs1 trillion by 2033.
Azha Millennium Residences marks Emirates Properties Group’s third launch in Dubai. The developer is also active in Ajman and Abu Dhabi, with a portfolio spanning villas, towers, and residential communities across the UAE.
