Infracorp has officially launched sales for California Residences, a new residential community located in Wadi Al Safa, Dubai.
The project became available for purchase on June 11 and aims to offer a mix of villas, townhouses, and apartments in a gated, family-oriented setting.
Location and layout
Situated near Global Village and directly opposite IMG Worlds of Adventure, the Dhs600 million development is designed to offer both urban convenience and suburban comfort.

The handover is expected in the second quarter of 2028.
