Danube Properties marked the early completion of its latest residential development, Opalz by Danube, with a vibrant Eid Festival at Dubai Science Park.
This event not only celebrated the joyous occasion of Eid but also underscored the company’s commitment to delivering quality homes ahead of schedule.
Danube’s tradition of early deliveries
Opalz by Danube features two futuristic high-rise towers offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom duplex apartments.
Rising 21 floors, the project includes a basement, ground floor, and two podium levels. Notably, the first floor is dedicated to health and wellness, featuring an open-air health club and a unique anti-current swimming pool, setting a new benchmark in modern living.
This achievement adds to Danube Properties’ impressive track record.
Last year, the company delivered Pearlz six months ahead of schedule. Located in Al Furjan, Pearlz comprises 300 modern units and retail outlets.
Later that year, in November 2024, Gemz by Danube was handed over five months ahead of schedule. Also situated in Al Furjan, Gemz offers 270 apartments with innovative convertible layouts, allowing flexibility to adapt to residents’ needs.
