ENOC Group has launched its first fully digital customer rewards campaign as part of its participation in the 2026 Dubai Shopping Festival, marking the company’s 31st consecutive year as a strategic partner of the annual retail event.

The campaign, titled “The Ultimate Win”, is running alongside DSF 2026, which takes place from December 5, 2025 to January 11, 2026. It offers a total prize pool of more than Dhs3.5 million, with 192 customers set to receive cash prizes, cars and smartphones.

Digital raffle launch

The new campaign introduces a fully digital raffle system, allowing customers to participate through an online platform. According to ENOC Group, the initiative aims to simplify participation and increase customer engagement during the festival period.

Ahead of DSF 2026, ENOC Group has already distributed Dhs700,000 in cash prizes to 58 winners as part of pre-festival activities linked to the campaign.

Pre-DSF winners

The pre-DSF phase of “The Ultimate Win”, which ran until December 4, 2025, rewarded 50 customers with daily cash prizes of Dhs10,000 and eight customers with weekly prizes of Dhs25,000. Two winners received Nissan Kicks vehicles, while 100 customers won iPhones.

Customers were also offered winner packs that included digital raffle tickets and discount vouchers valued at more than Dhs1,000.

DSF prize details

During DSF 2026, customers can win daily cash prizes of Dhs100,000, weekly prizes of Dhs50,000, a Nissan Pathfinder and iPhones. Shoppers spending a minimum of Dhs25 at ZOOM, Dhs50 at AutoPro, or on selected Tasjeel services are eligible to receive a raffle coupon.

Participants who purchase winner packs can scan a QR code to access the Dream Dubai landing page, which serves as the entry point for ENOC Group’s first fully digital raffle experience.
