BEYOND Developments has announced the launch of Soulever, a new Dhs 2.6 billion residential project within Dubai Maritime City (DMC). The development features two sculptural towers designed by international architects SAOTA, with interiors by ARRCC, marking the company’s seventh launch since its establishment just over a year ago.
Waterfront project expands masterplan
Soulever is the sixth waterfront project in BEYOND’s 8 million sq. ft masterplan for Dubai Maritime City. It joins earlier developments including Saria, Orise, Sensia, The Mural, and Talea.
Together, these projects form an integrated waterfront environment linking The Forest and The Bay districts, centred around promenades and The Cove. The masterplan aims to strengthen DMC’s position as a prominent destination within Dubai.
Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, said: “In just one year, we have introduced seven landmark projects, each contributing to shaping Dubai’s waterfront as a globally recognised address. Our vision extends far beyond building towers; it is about leading a new chapter in urban living, one where architecture and nature coexist seamlessly, design elevates daily life, and cities inspire their residents, attract global investment, and set bold new benchmarks for how communities can thrive.”
Residence details and design
Soulever will offer 513 residences tailored to various lifestyles. Units include one-bedroom apartments with flexible layouts, and larger two- and three-bedroom homes featuring panoramic views of The Forest, The Cove, and the Arabian Gulf.
The development also includes a limited selection of four-bedroom duplexes with private splash pools and terraces overlooking the marina, as well as two-bedroom podium chalets with minimalist design. Penthouse residences will feature large outdoor spaces and bespoke interiors.
The two towers are designed to maximise views of the sea, Dubai skyline, and sunsets, with façades combining brass and glass. The project includes landscaped terraces, podium gardens, pools, spa facilities, a waterfront gym, library spaces, and family areas. Soulever is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The launch comes as Dubai continues to attract strong foreign investment and advance major infrastructure projects, reinforcing its status as a key global hub for living and investment.
