Barco Developers, a newly launched real estate firm in the UAE, has announced its entry into the market with the launch of Livia Residences, a mid-rise residential development located in Dubai South.
The company plans to deliver more than 2 million sq. ft. of residential communities across Dubai and other emirates in the coming years.

Livia Residences is the first project by Barco and consists of 71 units across six floors. The development features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from Dhs 555,000. The handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
Located near key areas such as Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City, and Jebel Ali Free Zone, the project aims to offer both lifestyle convenience and long-term value for residents.
Amenities
Designed with a focus on modern, practical living, the residences include smart home systems for lighting, climate control, and curtains. Interiors feature 3-metre-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fully equipped kitchens.
Residents will have access to over 20 amenities, including a swimming pool, yoga deck, golf turf, jogging track, outdoor cinema, children’s play areas, pet corner, co-working spaces, and high-speed Wi-Fi zones. Security is managed through a 24/7 smart system.
