Azizi Developments is set to unveil Azizi Florence, its first project in Sharjah, at an exclusive event at Conrad Hotel, Dubai, on September 10.
The Dhs 30 billion freehold master-planned community will feature 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments. Three-bedroom townhouses will start from Dhs 1.89 million, at Dhs 850 per square foot of sellable area.
Azizi Florence Sharjah: what the community will offer
Azizi Florence is planned as an integrated destination combining residential, retail, hospitality, education, leisure and wellness offerings.
The community will be centred around a 1.7-million-square-foot Central Park. Its six residential clusters will each include a park, clubhouse, community centre and landscaped gardens.
Azizi Florence marks Azizi Developments’ expansion into Sharjah and adds to its UAE portfolio, which includes Dubai projects such as Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.
