Construction has officially begun on Bonds Avenue Residences, the first residential project by Dubai-based developer Amirah Developments, located on the city’s emerging coastal destination, Dubai Islands.
The ground-breaking ceremony, held at the project site on June 25, marks a major milestone for the developer, coming just a month after the project’s launch.
The event was attended by company leadership, partners, consultants, and the main contractor, signaling the start of construction and a commitment to timely delivery.
Coastal living vision
Bonds Avenue Residences is positioned near Deira and the historic Gold Souq, offering waterfront views and access to more than 21 kilometres of beaches. The development aims to provide a blend of modern coastal design and community living, according to the company.

Range of residential options
The project will feature a selection of one- to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses and triplexes, and four-bedroom penthouses. Unit sizes will range from 810 sq ft to 4,416 sq ft, with prices starting from Dhs1.63 million to Dhs9.95 million.
Designed with flowing, corner-less layouts, the homes will include panoramic windows with views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline. Amenities will include infinity pools, wellness zones, yoga decks, landscaped gardens, padel courts, and play areas for children.
Connectivity and location
Situated near Dubai International Airport and well-connected to Downtown Dubai and the Business Bay area, Bonds Avenue Residences is also close to new destinations such as the upcoming Dubai Islands mall, marina, and Night Souq.
