Al Zorah’s luxury beachfront and waterfront developments drew record investor attention at the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2025, held at Emirates Hospitality Hall.
The event was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council. Visitors showed significant interest in Al Zorah’s offerings, particularly its properties near protected natural reserves.
Sealine Residence, Sea Glints Mansions
Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International PLC, showcased projects including the Sealine Residence luxury apartments and Sea Glints Mansions beachfront villas. These developments are noted for their contemporary architecture, panoramic views, and high-end amenities.
The company’s partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, announced ahead of the event, added to the momentum and investor confidence.
Investor demand and vision for growth
According to exhibition officials, Al Zorah’s booth saw its highest ever visitor numbers. CEO George Saad said: “The extraordinary response we’ve witnessed at this exhibition confirms what we’ve long known – that there is tremendous appetite for thoughtfully designed beachfront and waterfront communities that prioritise both luxury and environmental stewardship.”
