A new real estate project with a total value of Dhs3.5 billion has been launched, featuring the GCC’s longest “Green River” in the UAE, located in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The project is a collaboration between Kuwait Real Estate Company (AQARAT), a leading firm listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, and IFA Hotels and Resorts.

The Al Tay Hills development is highlighted by the Green River, which stretches over 2.5 kilometers and serves as the natural centerpiece of the project. This lush Green River creates a tranquil and eco-friendly environment, enhancing the beauty and sustainability of the area.

It also includes large green spaces, walking paths, and relaxation areas, offering residents and visitors a peaceful space for leisure and enjoyment.

1,100 villas and townhouses

Spanning over 6 million square feet, the project will include 1,100 villas and townhouses with 3 to 6 bedrooms. These homes will be built in three phases, each offering private pools, luxury finishes, and designs that prioritize both comfort and style.

The first phase is expected to be completed and delivered in the first quarter of 2028, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to deliver high-quality real estate projects and strengthen its presence in the market.

Location: Near Sharjah Grand Mosque
