Dubai’s real estate market recorded a Dhs260 million sale of a villa on Palm Jumeirah on Tuesday, as 285 property transactions generated total sales of Dhs950 million.
The residential villa, part of the Ayumi project, spans 26,552 square feet and sold for an average of Dhs9,793 per square foot, according to the Dubai REST app.
Palm Jumeirah villa leads Dubai property sales
The Dhs260 million villa deal was the standout transaction of the day’s property activity, accounting for around 27 per cent of the total Dhs950 million in sales.
The transaction involved a large residential villa on Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s best-known luxury residential destinations.
Dubai records Dhs180 million in mortgages
Alongside the property sales, Dubai recorded Dhs180 million in mortgage transactions across 36 deals.
A further Dhs75 million in property gifts was recorded through 20 transactions.
Overall, the day’s activity comprised 285 sales transactions, 36 mortgage deals and 20 gift transactions, highlighting continued activity across different segments of Dubai’s real estate market.
