OMNIYAT recorded the highest number of off-plan residential sales worth Dhs 20 million or more on Palm Jumeirah during the first half of 2026, according to the developer.
The company recorded 14 qualifying transactions in the segment between January and June, ranking first in transaction volume, the highest-value sale and the highest price per square foot.
The highest-value residential transaction in the segment was recorded at The Alba Residences, where a property sold for Dhs 225.965 million.
OMNIYAT also recorded the highest price per square foot on Palm Jumeirah during the period, at Dhs 11,227.
Peter Stephenson, Co-Managing Director of OMNIYAT, said: “These results reflect the strength of our approach on Palm Jumeirah and the consistent demand we are seeing across our developments. Our focus is on delivering distinctive residences with exceptional quality and a highly considered living experience, while maintaining the standards of execution and detail that define OMNIYAT.”
Demand from wealthy buyers
The results point to continued demand from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth buyers for luxury residences on Palm Jumeirah.
International buyers remain active in Dubai’s ultra-luxury residential market, with privacy, design, quality and location among the factors driving demand.
Palm Jumeirah projects
OMNIYAT’s H1 2026 sales included its Palm Jumeirah developments The Alba Residences, ORLA and ORLA Infinity.
Palm Jumeirah continues to attract buyers looking for high-end waterfront homes, supported by its international profile and limited supply of prime residential properties.
