Global Village has opened registration for food and beverage businesses ahead of Season 31, with restaurants, cafes, kiosks and food trolley operators able to apply during separate registration periods in August.
The Dubai attraction is inviting F&B entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, established operators and franchise companies to take part in the upcoming season.
Registration dates
Registration for the “Restaurant and Coffee Shops” category is open from August 7 to August 18.
The “Kiosks and Food Trolleys” category will accept registrations from August 13 to August 26.
Both categories are open to independent F&B brands and new food businesses, as well as established operators looking to expand.
Business support
Participating businesses will receive support with areas including customised setups, staff visa assistance, customs procedures for imported products, storage and registration.
They will also have access to electronic payment terminals for sub-lessees and operational guidance during the season.
Global Village said Season 30 featured more than 250 dining outlets, offering food and drinks representing different cultures from around the world.
The destination attracts residents and tourists from more than 90 cultures, making its F&B offering one of the main parts of the visitor experience.
