Dubai will host the 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2026) from September 7 to 9 at Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together real estate investors, developers, government entities, financial institutions and industry experts from across the world.
Organised by Strategic Exhibitions and Conferences in partnership with Dubai Land Department, the event will focus on real estate investment, market trends, technology and future developments in the property sector.

IPS 2026 will feature a main conference, the Institutional Investors Conference, the Women Conference, workshops and specialised training programmes.
The exhibition will also include platforms for real estate project launches, investor programmes and investment destination showcases covering areas such as PropTech, sustainability and smart cities.
Growing participation
The upcoming edition is expected to see increased participation, with exhibition space rising by 38% compared with the previous edition.
The 2025 edition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 182 nationalities across 153 countries and supported real estate deals and business agreements worth over Dhs1.84 billion ($500 million).
Dubai Land Department’s partnership with IPS 2026 supports efforts to strengthen the emirate’s real estate sector and attract global investment.
The collaboration is also aligned with the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
