Arada has launched a new residential development, Jenna, within its Dhs35 billion Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah, as demand for housing in the emirate continues to grow.
The first phase of Jenna, called Jenna 1, includes 100 apartments now available for sale. The full project will deliver 631 homes, with completion scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2029.
The development is located on Aljada’s West Boulevard, near the community’s main entrance, and features six residential buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. All units include smart home systems and high-end kitchen appliances.
Community amenities
Jenna residents will have access to nearby facilities within Aljada, including Raffles World Academy Sharjah, which is set to open in September, and the Aljada sports complex, expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Madar Mall, a family entertainment destination, is also under development and scheduled for completion by the end of 2028. Residents will also have access to on-site gyms and swimming pools within the residential buildings.
The development is positioned along West Boulevard, which offers retail and dining outlets within the wider master community.

The launch comes amid continued demand for property in Aljada and across Sharjah. According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, total real estate transactions reached Dhs 18.5 billion in the first quarter of 2026, compared to Dhs 13.2 billion in the same period of 2025, marking a 40.7% year-on-year increase.
Aljada spans 24 million square feet and includes more than 25,000 residential units, along with retail, hospitality, education, wellness, and office spaces. The community is already home to over 20,000 residents and is located close to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Dhaid Road, and Sharjah International Airport.
