Dubai-based developer Azizi Developments has announced updated prices for apartments at Burj Azizi, with units now starting from Dhs4.97 million.

The tower, rising along Sheikh Zayed Road, is scheduled for completion in 2029 and is planned to become the world’s second tallest building.

Project details

Burj Azizi will stand 725 metres tall with 140 floors. The mixed-use tower will include residential units, a hotel, retail outlets, dining venues, entertainment areas and cultural spaces.

The project is led by Executive Director Kang Sang Ku, who has worked on major developments including Burj Khalifa.

Pricing and units

Apartments at Burj Azizi range from one to three bedrooms. Ultra-luxury penthouses will occupy the upper residential floors and will have dedicated lobbies.

Amenity floors will be located throughout the building, offering residents access to swimming pools, a spa, gym and yoga centre, cinema, games room, dining outlets and retail options within the tower.

The upper section of the tower will feature an all-suite hotel described as seven-star, with seven cultural themes. Plans include themed restaurants, an Emirati dining concept, a ballroom and a beach club.

According to the developer, the tower is set to include the highest observation deck on level 130, the highest hotel lobby on level 111, the highest nightclub on level 126, the highest restaurant on level 122 and the highest hotel room on level 118. A museum at the top of the tower will document the project’s development.

“To have the two tallest buildings in the world located just kilometers apart is a powerful statement of Dubai’s unparalleled ambition and capacity to redefine what cities can achieve,” said Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group. “In a skyline already regarded as one of the world’s most iconic, creating a landmark of genuine distinction is exceptionally challenging — yet Burj Azizi establishes a new, truly one-of-a-kind pinnacle.”

Development model

Azizi said it manages the full development process in-house, from design and contracting to manufacturing and building management. The company conducts full-scale mock-ups and factory testing before construction begins on site.

It also runs a sponsored education programme that invites university students and faculty to tour its manufacturing facilities and the Burj Azizi project site.
