As Ramadan continues, Global Village is drawing visitors looking for traditional clothing, home décor and gifts inspired by different cultures.
The seasonal destination features more than 3,500 outlets across 30 country pavilions, offering a wide range of products linked to Ramadan gatherings and family celebrations.
Kuwait pavilion
The Kuwait Pavilion offers a selection of daraa suitable for Iftar and Suhoor gatherings. Shoppers can find both classic and modern designs, along with Arabic calligraphy pieces often chosen as decorative items and keepsakes.
Jordan pavilion
At the Jordan Pavilion, visitors can explore handcrafted home décor and traditional design pieces. The pavilion focuses on items that reflect regional craftsmanship and are commonly used to decorate homes during Ramadan.
Pakistan pavilion
The Pakistan Pavilion showcases traditional clothing, embroidered textiles and handmade accessories. Decorative items and artisanal products are also available, many of which are purchased as Ramadan gifts.
Qatar pavilion
The Qatar Pavilion features Qatari jewellery, including pieces designed for evening gatherings and special occasions during the Holy Month.
Iran and Morocco
The Iran Pavilion presents woven carpets and decorative frames linked to Iranian craftsmanship. The Morocco Pavilion offers handcrafted lanterns with detailed patterns, often used as part of Ramadan décor.
During Ramadan, Global Village operates from 5pm to 1am from Sunday to Wednesday, and until 2am from Thursday to Saturday.
