A real estate exhibition opened in Sharjah on Tuesday, bringing together several industrial and commercial development projects under one platform.
Al Rasikhoon Real Estate launched its property exhibition at the Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre. The event was inaugurated by Khalifa Sultan bin Hareb AlMheiri, General Manager of Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, in the presence of Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The exhibition runs on December 9 and 10 and is open to visitors from 9am to 9pm.
Key projects displayed
The company showcased four major developments: Al Qasimiya Gate 1, Al Qasimiya Gate 2, Al Saja’a Al Namuzajiyah, and Al Saja’a Line.
Al Qasimiya Gate 1, located on Dubai–Hatta Road near Al Madam, features ready infrastructure, operational facilities, and industrial and commercial plots with freehold ownership for all nationalities.
Al Qasimiya Gate 2, the extension of the first development, offers a wider mix of commercial, industrial, and workforce accommodation plots supported by organized road networks and service infrastructure.
Al Saja’a Line is positioned within Emirates Industrial City, close to Emirates Road and Al Dhaid Road, providing fully serviced plots for industrial use. The company also introduced Al Saja’a Al Namuzajiyah as part of its expanding industrial portfolio.

Growing real estate sector
Sharjah’s real estate market has seen rising activity, supported by urban expansion, improved road networks such as Emirates Road, Al Dhaid Road, and Khorfakkan Road, and planned links to the future Etihad Rail route.
