Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises Jeep and HealthHub have launched a joint Movember initiative aimed at encouraging men in the UAE to take regular health screenings as seriously as vehicle maintenance.
Health awareness push
The campaign, titled “Grow the Drive. Check Your Engine,” was introduced during Men’s Health Awareness Month. It links routine medical checks with the idea that motorists are quick to react to warning signs in their cars but often delay seeking medical advice for themselves.
Movember, observed globally in November, focuses on issues such as prostate cancer, other male-related cancers, and mental health. The organisers said the activation sought to turn awareness into practical action by offering accessible health support.
Free checks offered
At the Jeep Rashidiya Service Center, visitors received complimentary men’s health assessments from HealthHub specialists, along with free vehicle inspections by Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises. The combined setup was designed to underline the shared message that regular checks help maintain long-term wellbeing, whether for a car or a person.
Community engagement
The initiative aimed to re-engage Jeep owners while contributing to broader community health efforts. According to the organisers, the pairing of Jeep’s adventure-focused culture with a health reminder was intended to encourage men to stay attentive to both physical and mental wellbeing.
Through this collaboration, the brand said it hopes to shift Movember from an annual awareness moment to a practical platform that motivates men across the UAE to remain proactive about their health.
