Majid Al Futtaim has introduced Maravelle at Ghaf Woods, a wellness-focused residential and lifestyle destination in Dubai’s first forest community.
The project is designed to integrate natural surroundings with sustainable architecture and health-oriented living.
Residential design
Maravelle occupies 25,000 square metres and includes 96 residences spread across four boutique buildings. The development offers two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes, each designed to maximize privacy and forest views. Each building features four homes per floor, with a single elevator serving two units per level.
The homes incorporate advanced ventilation, low-emission materials, and circadian lighting to improve visual comfort and mental wellbeing. Outdoor lighting has been tailored to reduce glare and support a calm environment. Interior designs are divided into two concepts: Lumora, emphasizing serenity with green marble accents, and Marwood, using timber and warm-toned materials to reflect natural stability.
Wellness features
Maravelle serves as both a residential enclave and a wellness retreat, offering private pools, terraces, and access to exclusive facilities. It is intended as a central space for relaxation and personal wellbeing within the Ghaf Woods community.
Ahmed El Shamy, Chief Executive Officer of Majid Al Futtaim Development, said: “Maravelle at Ghaf Woods represents a new approach to real estate value creation, as it goes beyond traditional measurements of space and interior design to emphasize health benefits, environmental stewardship, and people-focused design. Our developments attract more people because they seek equilibrium while building meaningful connections with their surroundings.
“With Maravelle, we are setting a new benchmark for wellness-centred living; One that demonstrates how design, nature, and community can work together to create long-term impact, both for residents and for the future of sustainable urban development in Dubai.”
Forest community
Ghaf Woods is home to over 35,000 trees, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that improves air quality and reduces temperatures by up to 5°C compared with surrounding urban areas. The community is expected to be completed by 2032 and will feature over 5,000 homes, 8 kilometers of walking paths, 3.5 kilometers of cycling routes, family gardens, and wellness pavilions.
Maravelle represents the pinnacle of the development, combining luxury living with forest-based wellness in a private, nature-focused environment.
