Dubai-based Alpago Design & Build has unified its design, contracting, manufacturing, and construction operations under one structure to simplify workflows and enhance project quality across its expanding portfolio in the UAE.
Integrated design model
The company, established in 2021 and part of the Alpago Group, now offers fully in-house architecture, interior design, fit-out, and construction services.
The integrated approach is aimed at delivering faster timelines, improved coordination, and greater control over quality for residential and commercial projects.

Showcase of recent projects
Among the firm’s recent highlights is a completed duplex in One Za’abeel, designed to combine personal expression with modern elegance.
Key features include custom Viola Rose marble and a sculptural lighting installation inspired by rose petals. The residence also includes a multifunctional room and a fully integrated smart home system with voice-controlled features.
On Palm Jumeirah, construction is underway on Villa C56 in collaboration with design firm Pininfarina. The G+2 residence features bold architectural elements such as a triple-height skylight and a circular staircase.
A rare grey Venti marble façade adds both aesthetic and functional value, while the reconfigured layout includes a concealed lift to enhance usability.
Growth across key areas
Alpago Design & Build is currently leading multiple projects in high-profile locations including Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, and Palm Jumeirah, with several scheduled for completion in 2026.
