Air Arabia has launched direct flights to Sochi, expanding its services in Russia to six cities. The low-cost carrier will operate the new route from Sharjah to Sochi with six weekly flights.
Sixth destination in Russia
Sochi becomes the sixth Russian city served directly from Sharjah, joining Moscow, Kazan, Samara, Ufa, and Yekaterinburg. The airline now connects Russia with the UAE through airports in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, said: “We are glad to inaugurate our non-stop flights to Sochi, further strengthening our connectivity with Russia. This expansion not only provides our customers with a convenient and affordable air travel option between the UAE and Russia but also further strengthening tourism and trade ties between both nations. Sochi complements our growing network in the country and reflects our ongoing commitment to offering more travel opportunities to our customers.”

With this latest launch, Air Arabia continues to strengthen air links between the UAE and Russia. The new service is expected to support travel demand, as well as promote tourism and trade between the two countries.
