The mall is anchored by a hypermarket and houses retail stores, service centers, a nursery, and an ENOC fuel station. Shoppers can also access restaurants, cafés, a currency exchange, and a bank on-site. Outdoor parking supports smooth access to the facility.

Speaking at the event, Al Hashemi said: “The project is much more than just a shopping center or a mall, but a thoughtfully designed social-retail space, which seeks to offer exceptional customer experience that aligns with state-of-art Dubai standard. The architectural style is flexible, family-centric and people-friendly.”

The development was built in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), reflecting cooperation between Union Coop and government entities to enhance residential living standards across Dubai.
