Yango Ride, the ride-hailing service of global technology firm Yango Group, has expanded its loyalty program to Dubai after a strong rollout in Abu Dhabi.
The program allows users to earn points on every trip, which can be redeemed for future rides.
Cashback on rides
The loyalty program is available to subscribers of Yango Play. Users in Dubai can earn up to 30% cashback in Yango Points when paying for rides through cashless methods. New members who register before December 15 will also receive a welcome bonus of Dhs100.
Each Yango Point is equivalent to one dirham and can be used for any future trip originating in Dubai, regardless of the ride category. Points are credited directly to a user’s account within the Yango app and are automatically applied to reduce the fare on future rides.
Islam Abdul Karim, Regional Head of Yango Group Middle East, said: “After seeing strong engagement in Abu Dhabi, we are excited to bring our rewards program to Dubai. The program makes loyalty simple, transparent, and rewarding, reinforcing the convenience and advantages of cashless mobility while offering real value to our riders every time they choose Yango.”
With the addition of Dubai, Yango’s loyalty program now covers both major UAE cities. The company said the initiative is designed to encourage digital payments while providing consistent savings for frequent riders.
