A new residential development has launched on Saadiyat Island, marking the arrival of Vida Hotels & Resorts’ first branded residences in Abu Dhabi.
The project, a partnership between Abu Dhabi-based asset manager ALAIN and Vida Hotels & Resorts, aims to offer a lifestyle-focused housing option in the capital’s cultural district.

Vida Residences Saadiyat Island features 121 fully furnished apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units.
The development combines contemporary design with communal spaces intended to encourage community living. Located close to cultural landmarks such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim and Zayed National Museum, the residences provide easy access to museums, beaches, and dining options.
