This Ramadan, Being Human Clothing is offering a special opportunity for UAE residents to give back to those in need while earning rewards.
For every kilogram of clothing donated at City Centre Deira and City Centre Sharjah stores, participants will receive a Dhs25 voucher to use at any Being Human store across the UAE.
A meaningful way to give back
The initiative is designed to help reduce fashion waste and support those who need it most. With the fashion industry producing over 100 billion garments annually, almost 92 million tonnes of clothing end up in landfills.
Instead of discarding gently used clothing, Being Human is encouraging people to donate these items, which will be repurposed to provide warmth and comfort to those in need, particularly in labor communities.
Token of appreciation for donors
As a thank-you for their generosity, the Top 3 donors will receive exclusive signed caps from Bollywood star Salman Khan. This is a way of showing gratitude to those who make a meaningful impact during this special season of giving.
Bipin Mulani, Director of Top Brands LLC, the master franchisee of Being Human Clothing, explained: “Ramadan is a time of selflessness, reflection, and giving. By donating pre-loved clothes, you’re not just decluttering your wardrobe—you’re offering warmth, dignity, and hope to someone in need. And in return, we want to celebrate your kindness. Last year, the campaign successfully collected 360 kgs of clothes, which were distributed to labor communities in partnership with the Feed a Labour Organization. This year, the goal is to exceed that number, and Being Human Clothing is calling on the community to help reach this milestone.
To participate, simply drop off your gently used clothes at the Being Human stores at City Centre Deira or City Centre Sharjah and enjoy the reward of knowing your donation is making a difference in someone’s life.
