The partnership, officially announced during a signing ceremony at Taj Dubai, will mark Taj’s first branded residence venture in the UAE, with plans to launch under the Wellington Mews brand in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

Building on the success of its projects in cities like Mumbai and Chennai, Taj will expand its footprint to Ras Al Khaimah, marking a significant milestone in its growth.
According to Taj, this project is only the beginning, with more announcements expected in the near future, focusing on luxury residences in collaboration with BNW Developments.
