Two high-end penthouses have been launched at the top of Serenia District’s West Residence tower, offering expansive views and private access features in one of the city’s rising residential areas.
Luxury homes on 46th floor
Located on the 46th floor, each penthouse covers around 6,000 sq ft and includes four parking bays and lift-to-door access.
The design features open living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, spa-style bathrooms, and walk-in wardrobes. Natural materials are used throughout, with views stretching from Jumeirah Islands and Emirates Living to JLT, JBR, and Dubai Marina.
The homes also include a private gym and study, with interiors designed to balance space, light, and privacy.
The two residences are priced from Dhs 29 million and come with access to over 40 shared amenities, including indoor padel courts, infinity pools, and dedicated lounges for residents.
Part of Dhs 5 billion project
These penthouses are part of the Serenia District, a Dhs 5 billion master development by Palma Development. Covering 600,000 sq ft, the community includes six residential towers and lifestyle zones, and features the Serenia Signature Clubhouse.
The masterplan was created by Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei. According to Palma, Serenia District reflects its long-term vision to contribute landmark architecture to Dubai’s residential landscape.
