Indian jewellery brand Palmonas has opened its first store in the UAE at Reem Mall, marking its entry into the Middle East market. The company also plans to open a second outlet at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai in the coming months.
The UAE is Palmonas’ first international market as the company looks to expand its presence outside India. The brand said it selected the country because of its luxury retail sector, diverse population and strong demand for fashion and jewellery.
Product range
Palmonas offers collections that include 9kt gold jewellery with lab-grown diamonds, silver jewellery and demi-fine jewellery. The company says its products are made using tarnish-resistant materials and are designed for everyday wear.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is the face of the brand and a co-founder.
“Our entry into the UAE marks a significant chapter in Palmonas’ journey,” said Pallavi Mohadikar, CEO. “The Middle East has always been an important market for us, and the UAE’s vibrant fashion and luxury landscape makes it the perfect destination to begin our international expansion. Dubai opening
Following its Abu Dhabi launch, Palmonas plans to continue its UAE expansion with a new store at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The company said the move is part of its wider strategy to grow its presence across the Middle East.
