Nakheel has released 44 beachfront villas on Frond F of Palm Jebel Ali, with the properties spread across 10 architectural designs.
The latest release includes five- and six-bedroom villas in the Beach Collection, ranging from about 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft. The Coral Collection features six- and seven-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft.
Villa designs
The villas were designed with NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture. The designs focus on natural light, indoor-outdoor spaces, privacy and views of the shoreline.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: “Palm Jebel Ali is taking shape as Dubai’s next iconic waterfront destination, reflecting the ambition that continues to drive the city’s growth. This limited Frond F collection combines distinctive architecture with direct beachfront living, offering a rare opportunity to own a home on the destination’s fronds as Palm Jebel Ali moves from vision to reality.”
Construction progress
Nakheel has awarded more than Dhs13 billion in construction and infrastructure contracts for Palm Jebel Ali. The first villas are scheduled for phased handover from late 2026 through 2027.
Construction is progressing across all 12 residential fronds. Substructure, superstructure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), and infrastructure works are under way on 544 villas across Fronds A-F.
On Fronds K-P, 728 villas have reached the internal and external finishing stage.
Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands and 16 fronds, with 120 kilometres of coastline and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
Planned community facilities include a 9,000-square-metre retail centre and a Friday Mosque with capacity for up to 1,000 worshippers. The development forms part of Dubai’s wider urban and economic development plans, including the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
