Meraas has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group (L.L.C.) for groundworks on two new residential buildings at City Walk Crestlane Phase 3.
The contract covers site preparation, excavation, soil improvement, dewatering, as well as shoring and piling works. The work will prepare the site for the next stage of construction.
The two buildings are part of the wider Phase 3 development at City Walk Crestlane, which is planned around open spaces, pedestrian-friendly areas and community facilities.
The project is part of the continued expansion of City Walk, the mixed-use Dubai destination developed by Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
The new residential community will include swimming pools, sports facilities, a fitness centre, a floating clubhouse and an outdoor cinema.
Residents will also have access to City Walk’s existing retail, dining, entertainment and public spaces.
Phase 3 forms part of the wider Crestlane masterplan, which brings residential, retail and leisure spaces together in the City Walk area.
