MAAIA unveils two Dubai projects, eyes Dhs5 billion in 2025 sales

Real estate developer MAAIA has announced two new residential projects in Dubai — La Vue in Nad Al Sheba Gardens and La Clé in Al Furjan — at a an event held at Atlantis, The Royal.

The launches come as the company targets over Dhs 5 billion in sales in the UAE for 2025.

These projects follow the recent sell-out of MAAIA’s Le Jardin development in Abu Dhabi during its concept phase. La Vue and La Clé are part of a broader expansion plan that includes a master community set to launch later this year in Falcon City.

MAAIA expansion plans in Dubai

The developer plans to build 2.5 million sq ft of gross floor area (GFA) this year. Over the next three years, MAAIA aims to roll out nearly 5,000 units across the UAE, supported by a development pipeline exceeding Dhs 10 billion.

Project details and pricing

La Clé, located in Al Furjan, offers 56 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with select units featuring private pools—an uncommon offering in the area. Prices start at Dhs 1,081,000, with handover expected in Q4 2026.

La Vue, now open for sale, introduces apartment living to Nad Al Sheba Gardens, a district known for villas and townhouses. The project includes landscaped zen gardens, swimming pools, and fitness areas. Prices begin at Dhs 1,685,000, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027.
