The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced that Sunday, July 7, 2024 (1st Muharram), will be an official paid holiday for private sector companies in the UAE on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1446 AH.
In the UAE, residents can look forward to a few remaining holidays this year, including one commemorating the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday. The nation will also mark National Day, providing a festive long weekend to round off the year’s official celebrations.
